Designed around the Five Ways to Wellbeing, our person-centred programmes use a holistic approach to help you build resilience, develop confidence and learn new skills through a range of practical tasks, from conservation and bushcraft to green woodwork. You'll cover both the practice and theory behind wellbeing: each session we'll explore a wellbeing topic - all whilst actively supporting the sustainable management of local woodlands, improving biodiversity and helping to harvest a sustainable renewable resource.
We currently have open access programmes running in York and Thirsk.
If you're interested in the service for your client group and would like more information about the programme content or delivery, please email us.
