Our Practitioners

Laura Smith 

A trained teacher, Laura also has a prestigious Breathworks mindfulness practitioner qualification and delivers 8 week MBSR programmes through Leeds Mindfulness Co-operative. She is also a permaculture design tutor and regularly works with groups in both an outdoor and therapeutic setting.

Katie Rees

An experienced outdoor practitioner and voluntary sector professional, Katie has worked to support groups in the outdoors for the last ten years. She is a qualified Level 3 Forest School practitioner and is dedicated to building her skills in bushcraft, greenwood work and natural textiles.  She is passionate about working sustainably within nature, as well as supporting individuals to feel great, confident and fulfilled. 

Rob Foster

Rob is a keen craftsman, turning his hand at green woodwork, leather work, and more recently obtaining his tree felling, cross cutting and chainsaw maintenance licence. Rob first started with us on a woodland wellbeing programme two years ago, and as a skilled people person he went on to volunteer with us and after training in a range of skills including wellbeing, woodland management and bushcraft, we are delighted to welcome him as a woodland wellbeing practitioner.
